FEM analysis
Structural simulation on CAD models.
I run finite element analysis on your CAD models, set up according to the applicable product standards. The simulations show the critical points, so you can correct the design before production and before sending samples to accredited laboratories. If the product is already in production, I start from the failures observed, trace them back to the cause and fix the design.

Validation
The tools used for these analyses have been verified against NAFEMS benchmarks, reference cases with a known solution. The comparison between my results and the published values can be downloaded here.
